All rooms are net, non-commissionable and are quoted exclusive of appropriate
state and local taxes, currently 12.5%, plus an Orange County surcharge,
currently 1% for a total tax and surcharge of 13.5%.
The Rosen PLAZA Hotel has an
agreement with the Orange County Convention Center to pay one percent of the
room rate as a surcharge. This
surcharge may be used for facilities and services as approved by the Orange
County Board of Commissioners.

Room Reservations
We understand
individual reservations will be made directly to the
Rosen PLAZA Hotel by calling or writing to our Reservation Department or by
calling our toll-free number 1-800-627-8258.
In doing so, please ask your attendees to request the group rate for the
FDNY
Retiree Dinner.
Individuals are responsible for securing their own room and tax deposit at the
time the reservation is made.
Departure dates will be reconfirmed upon check-in.
Any adjustments to departure dates should be made at that time.
Shortened lengths of stay, thereafter, will result in a $50.00
administrative fee, plus applicable taxes and surcharge
